Kathleen is a Learning and Development Specialist. She is an innovative leader that analyzes needs, identifies performance gaps and implements creative solutions that improve individual and team performance. She facilitates the development and attainment of visions and strategies. Kathleen enjoys creating new and improving existing training and leadership programs to align human capital with organizational goals.

Kathleen holds a MBA and MS in Professional Leadership with concentrations in Training and Development, Organizational Influence and Policy from Carlow University. She holds a BA in Psychology and Mathematics from La Roche College.

Executive Coach/Personal Marketing Director

Kathleen develops strategies and marketing plans and coach clients through career transitions. She can facilitate planning sessions, determine strengths and surface transferable skills – highlighting the best and neutralizing liabilities. She creates client-focused marketing materials and teaches web-based programs. Kathleen has a strong skill set in authoring strategic plans and creative materials designed for specific target markets and she works comfortably in a virtual environment with international and domestic clients.

Adjunct Professor Experience

Mentored, advised and coached diverse adult learners in Professional Leadership Master’s program for five years as an adjunct at Carlow University. Facilitated large and small groups, peer coaching sessions and e-learning through Blackboard. Increased student engagement and critical thinking skills, driving learning outcomes and ensuring completion of internships and seminar requirements for graduation. Kathleen earned an Excellence in Teaching award during her tenure.
