The Solomon Group was originally founded in 2008 on the principle of transforming individuals and organizations through enhancing Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and providing Leadership Development, Executive Branding and Empowerment Networking skills for the nation’s leading lawyers, executives, entrepreneurs and non profit leaders. The training provided by the Lead Well Institute is an evolution of the EQ training created by SG and teaches leaders how to develop their Power Quotient or (PQ). Your PQ is your ability to deftly navigate diverse environments from personal to professional to obtain your desired objectives. In essence, its the ability to get what you want both personally and professionally. We teach individuals how to recognize and develop their personal and professional power to become their best version of themselves.

Business Intelligence & Marketing

SG provides Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to its clients by providing custom market research, market analysis, survey work, data mining and data entry based upon specific client needs. In partnership with a Strategic Partner and consistent with its philosophy, The Solomon Group takes an innovative approach to serve as a bridge employer to hires and trains individuals with occupational disabilities to provide them with home based employment opportunities to conduct market research. This partnership allows SG to empower disabled individuals and enable them to continue to contribute to society by developing specialized skills.

SG also has a partnership with the Masters of Business Academy to allow us to provide customized marketing support and sales specifically targeted towards entrepreneurs and small businesses.  We have also developed a customized Small Business Accelerator Program that allows entrepreneurs and small business to develop scale and target customers through a focused lead generation and marketing program.
